Pre-existing damage should be written down on the Trip Checklist and signed by both owner and renter.
If you have any concerns, you should report the damage to RentMyRide prior to the start of the reservation by emailing a picture and description of the damage to support@rentmyride.co.za. Please note that you may be held liable for all damage reported after the reservation that is not on the Trip Checklist.
